Low sugar and salt

If you want you to glow skin naturally, then reduce the amount of sugar and salt in your diet. Consuming too much salt and sugar affects your health as well as the skin.

Do workout

You may find it strange to hear, but workouts are also an easy way to get glowing skin. Actually, when you do a workout, it improves the blood flow to the skin and makes the skin glow. Additionally, your stamina increases with workouts and you become healthy.

Homemade pack

Apart from adopting healthy lifestyle, you can also make your skin glowing with some home face packs. For example, take half teaspoon turmeric powder and mix four tablespoons gram flour in it. Now make a fine paste with the help of water or milk. Now apply it on your face and leave it for 15–20 minutes. Finally, clean the skin with the help of water.

Massage the coconut oil in circular motion by heating it lightly on your face and neck. Leave it overnight. If you want to exfoliate the skin, you can also mix a little sugar in it.

Mix one tablespoon aloe vera gel with a pinch of turmeric, one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon milk. Now apply this mixture on face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. Finally, clean the skin with lukewarm water.
